Well, Mr. lovebahadur, having sex relation with several girls is not good in Nepalese context. In urgently necessary condition, you have to be safe by using condoms while having sex. In the question of love, if she really loves you, and your love is true, she never leaves you. But you have to think deeply before having sex, that is safe for you or not... Best of luck!
It means the person who is seeking of sex and looking several girl for sexual relationship only, he does not have punishment. I think the girl leaved him is she did well. She loved him for everything but he loves her for only sex.
